Services
Growth Wire provides Google Ads management and related services described on the site. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timing of any engagement will be set out in a separate agreement or proposal between you and Growth Wire.
Fees & payment
Monthly management fees and setup fees are billed as set out in your engagement agreement. Ad spend is billed directly to you by Google through your own Google Ads account — Growth Wire does not mark up or re-bill ad spend.
Engagements have a 3-month minimum term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Materials and content on this site are owned by Growth Wire or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use them without permission, except as permitted by law. Work product produced for a client under an engagement agreement is governed by that agreement.
No guarantee of results
Performance marketing depends on many variables outside our control, including market conditions, your offer, your operations, and platform changes. Growth Wire makes no guarantee of specific results, traffic levels, conversion rates, lead quality, or revenue.
Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Google Ads, analytics tools, CRMs). We’re not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or other issues caused by those platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Wire’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services or the site is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement after the minimum term in accordance with the engagement agreement. We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or your engagement agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Growth Wire is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
